* So, they built a tree-top getaway on a hill, 14mins from downtown.  With a hot tub, AC, high speed Wi-Fi internet, multichannel satellite TV, bitchin' shower, kitchen with all the modern accessories and then they expected people would want to come stay !?!!  Well, they were right!!
