Rates and Terms                

1. $285/nt (2nt min*) / $1,800/week for up to 4 people.  *Special rates possible for stays booked within 7 days of arrival - please inquire.  Additional guests over 4 @$50pp/night, up to maximum of 6 total guests.  $75 cleaning fee per stay.   9% Sonoma County occupancy tax.   $200 security deposit.  3% Credit Card surcharge if paying by MC/VISA.   Half of total as deposit to reserve. Balance due 30 days before arrival.  Rates discountable by 10% for 100% payment in advance; no refund for any reason.  Above discount applicable only for bookings 60+ days from arrival.

   SPECIALS!  Due to extraordinary popularity of Dry Creek Villa and so that everyone can still enjoy this special place, we offer the following deals to prospective guests:

   * LAST MINUTE RATE: Special  rates available for short-notice bookings within 7 days of arrival.  Please inquire.  1-night stays will be considered.

    

2. Prices and availability subject to change.  During certain special events in the area, rates may be higher and a 3 night minimum may apply.  Please inquire for details.  Off-season discounts may be available for longer-term stays.

3. Sonoma County occupancy tax of 9% is applied to both rental and cleaning fee.  TOT License #609N.

4. $75 cleaning fee per stay.  Additional cleaning charges will apply for stays involving dogs. 

5. Rental agreement provided with reservation inquiry or download at the link below.

6. Refundable security deposit = $200.00.

7. Half of total rental amount is payable in advance to confirm your booking.  Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

8. No smoking / Dogs permitted by prior arrangement.  No more than two dogs at one time and dogs must belong to the renting party.
