Rates and Terms                

1. $285/night (2-night minimum).  $1,800/week for up to four (4) adult guests.  Additional adult guests $50pp/per night up to maximum of six (6) total guests.  Monthly or other rates available upon request. 

2. SPECIALS!  Due to extraordinary popularity of Dry Creek Villa and so that everyone can still enjoy this special place, we offer the following deals to prospective guests:

   * Through March '09 - Stay 3 consecutive nights for the price of 2 for Sun/Mon/Tue, Mon/Tue/Wed or Tue/Wed/Thu.  Holidays/Special Events excluded.

   * LAST MINUTE RATE: Special  rates available for short-notice bookings within 5 days of arrival.  Please inquire.  1-night stays will be considered.

    

3. Prices and availability subject to change.  During certain special events in the area, rates may be higher and a 3 night minimum may apply.  Please inquire for details.  Off-season discounts may be available for longer-term stays.

4. Sonoma County occupancy tax of 9% is applied to both rental and cleaning fee.

5. $75 cleaning fee per stay.

7. Security deposit = $200

8. Half of total rental charges is payable in advance to confirm your booking.  Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

9. No smoking / No pets / Adults primarily (inquire for exceptions regarding children).
