2008 Rates and Terms                

1. $285/night (2-night minimum*).  $1,850/week for up to four (4) adult guests.  Additional adult guests $50pp/per night up to maximum of six (6) total guests.  Monthly or other rates available upon quotation. 

2. WEEKDAY SPECIALS!  Due to extraordinary popularity, summer weekends are now almost completely sold-out.  So that everyone can still enjoy this special place, we offer the following to prospective guests:

   *  Special 1-night stay rate available for short-notice bookings within 5 days of arrival.  Please inquire.

   *  Weeknight special through October 2008:  4 adults stay any three consecutive available nights (Su/Mo/Tu/We/Th) for only $699, plus tax and cleaning.   Additional adult guests $50pp/night up to a maximum of six total guests.

    

3. Prices and availability subject to change.  During certain special events in the area, rates may be higher and a 3 night minimum may apply.  Please inquire for details.  Off-season discounts available.

4. Sonoma County occupancy tax of 9% applies in addition to rates.

5. $75 cleaning fee per stay.

6. Rental agreement provided with reservation inquiry or download at the link below.

7. Security deposit of $200 and half of rental fee payable in advance to confirm your booking.  Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

8. No smoking / No pets.
